Not Your Typical Acupuncture Clinic…
At North Country Acupuncture, Angela brings over 15 years of experience to the Capital District, delivering cutting-edge treatments that go beyond the conventional.
So, what makes Angela different?
She’s one of the few in the area trained in the EXSTORE™ System, a powerful diagnostic tool for pinpointing and treating muscular, nerve, and joint pain with precision.
Her approach blends orthopedic acupuncture, electric stimulation, motor point therapy, soft-tissue release, and dry needling—all designed to get you feeling and moving better, faster.
So no, this isn’t your average acupuncture clinic—it's next-level care for people who want real results.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to optimize performance, or just need to feel like yourself again, North Country Acupuncture has your back.
“I started seeing Angela for acupuncture to help my lower back which has two herniated discs. She not only cares about what hurts on your body but also cares about what is bothering you emotionally. I can't give enough praise to Angela. Highly recommended!”
-Jen M.
I have been personally treated by Angela Stritt , and have referred patients to her. She is an outstanding diagnostician, a gifted acupuncturist and an exemplary human being. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an holistic approach to health from one of the very best practitioners in our community.
— Dr. Paul Lemanski, MD, FACP
“Angela is very professional and knowledgeable and immediately put any fear of needles I had to rest. My whole family recieves acupuncture, even my children!”
-Dan L.
Angela first experienced acupuncture as a patient while competing as an NCAA Division I gymnast on a full scholarship at Towson University.
As a student-athlete, she saw firsthand just how powerful this medicine can be—and it didn’t take long for her to get hooked.
A lifelong mover, she’s just as dedicated to pushing her own limits as she is to helping others do the same.
Whether she’s breaking a sweat at the gym or hitting the trails with her husband, Dave, and their three four-legged sidekicks—Tula, Levi, and Leia—she’s always up for a challenge.
When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find her whipping up something dangerously delicious in the kitchen (though let’s be real, eating is the real highlight).
And as a born-and-raised Floridian, she’ll never turn down a day of sun, salt, and boat time.
Angela’s impact goes well beyond her clinic hours.
As a teaching assistant at orthopedic acupuncture seminars, she helps train other practitioners in cutting-edge techniques, sharing her expertise to elevate the field.
She’s also active in the community, giving live demos, assisting at seminars, and showcasing the power of orthopedic acupuncture at gyms, clubs, and events.
At North Country Acupuncture, education and movement go hand in hand. If you have an event where you’d like to feature results-driven acupuncture, let us know—we’d love to be there!
